Pan-seared Mexican style turkey served over a bed of rice. Accompanied by corn, black beans, onions and tomatoes. Served with side of creamy cilantro sauce.

To me ground turkey has the taste of wet cardboard. It needs a lot more seasoning – cumin, chili, salt etc. to make it palatable. Also, the sauce tasted like plain yogurt. I thought the specks would be cilantro but it had no flavour.
